What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive your name, email, company and phone (if given), the service you are interested in and your message. For security, the server records the IP address of the request.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request and, if you wish, to prepare and follow up on a service proposal. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting business relationship. The site's technical records (for example, repeated-submission control) are deleted automatically within 90 days.
Cookies
The site uses a single technical cookie, on the contact page only, to protect the form. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.
Your rights
- Access, update and correct your personal data.
- Request proof of the authorisation you gave.
- Be told how your data has been used.
- Withdraw your authorisation or ask for your data to be deleted.
- File a complaint with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
How to exercise them
Send your enquiry or claim through the channels above. Enquiries are answered within ten (10) business days and claims within fifteen (15) business days, under articles 14 and 15 of Law 1581 of 2012.
